Its just fecals, but they are removing bike decals hard to remove. Trying to peel them leaves both big parts of the stickers and the glue.

Acetone should biek the stickers and glue but may also damage any paint or clear coat on the rims. If removing bike decals rims are just anodized it should be OK.
